Can you see colour this winter?

It's that time of year again, where we are all on the hunt for that perfect winter coat! It is probably one of the hardest things to decide on and yet the easiest thing to keep ;) Over the years we have seen many styles come and go, with different colours and patterns but what is it to be this year?
The plain coats are still in but why not stand out this winter?

This year girls it's not just the plain black winter coat.. it's block colours and prints too! From green to red and even leapord print you will not be missed this winter!

Choose red - for a striking bold colour

So you are probably all wondering what way should these be worn? Well my advice would be to stock up on two good jackets this season! I would choose a striking block colour and also a print, that way you have the choice of two and they can be worn with anything! When choosing a colour coat, choose one that will suit you for all days, whether it be good or bad, pale or tanned! And of course the print, it's a risk that I think you should all take! But be careful ladies you do not want to end up looking like Beth Lynch ;) When choosing a print with dark hair I would go for something like leopard print or something that will stand out and for a lighter shade of hair go with a tartan or check print!
For all you girls with dark hair!

And for the blondes!

If you really want to splash out this season I would advice you all to buy the 'Aviator Jacket' it is a must-have on the christmas wish list this year.. so if you can't afford it yourself send out all the hints! It is available now in most stores including, H&M, topshop, and even penneys so either splash out or budget buy, remember only you will know the difference.. no one else needs to!
My personal favourite  from 'Topshop'

All these coats can be found on the topshop website, so get clicking girls.

The best hair and beauty buys on the market.. tried and tested ;) x

To introduce our brand new hair and beauty feature I thought it was only right that I tried and tested a few products and told you all which were my favourite for this season ;) From make up, to nail polish and even hair products find out which 5 will have you glowing this season...

1. I have fallen in love with pastel colours this winter and what better place to wear them then on your nails! The Barry M range is my fav, they have every colour from pink, yellow, green and even brown! They also have a special offer on at the moment of two polishes for just 8 euro, ladies don't miss out ;)
I think the 'pink strawberry ice cream' colour has to be my fav ;)

2. Mac cosmetics has brought out a new Disney collection called 'Venomous Villains' which features characters such as Cruella De Vil, The Evil Queen and Dr Facilier. The collection is cool and original and has many different colours in blush, powder, eyeshadows and polishes aswell as eyeliners, lipsticks and glosses.
Just some of the huge collection

3. To control the frizz and curls with all the wind and rain this winter I have found a great serum which helps keep my locks under control! Tigi Bed Head 'Dumb Blonde' serum is the best hair buy on the market, in my opinion. I swear by it, it controls frizz and adds to that silky finished look.. and not only blondes can use it, it can be used on all colours so girls get them glossy locks out this season!

4. Benefits 'Big Beautiful Eyes' kit is a must have for the handbag this year! It's a small compact that you can bring with you anywhere, on a night out, as hand luggage or even just on a normal day at work.. It has 3 eye colours and a concealer along with a double sided brush which is perfect for achieving that smokey eye for day and night! I would be lost without it, it lasts forever and for a great price of around 35 euro! Make a few hints this christmas girlies and it could be the perfect stocking filler ;)

5. Finally my 5th must have this season is cheap and cheerful! I love the essence 'multi action false lash mascara' It creates long, full and false looking lashes and is perfect for a night out with the girls or even just a normal day. And the great news is it only costs about 3 euro ;)

So girls, I think you all need to get out and buy these 5 must have items this season, and watch out for the hair and beauty feature each week where we will be spilling the beans about the best products, and the best places to go and get them...
