the eye of many a lady, and in particular for her make up look. I have been asked by a
lot of people to try and recreate her make up look, and this is how I did it.
Her look is very subtle, but always has a nice dark shadow in the crease of the
eye giving nice definition, and also has a lot of eyeliner, either smudged or liquid
depending how polish she wants the look that day.
Firstly, before we do any eye make up. Its very important that we get the foundation
right, and that one that’s suitable for our skin. Louise always looks well, and her
skin always looks flawless but never heavy coverage or the chalky look that some
foundations give. So she either goes lightly on the foundation, or perhaps using one
that’s suitable for her skin with illuminating particles in it. This can be created by using
a illuminating foundation or by using a strobe cream by mac underneath the skin to
give it a nice glow, or another one that I like to use is Bobbi Browns skin base (both
are amazing products). Its always important to contour the features of the face such
as the cheekbones and its always nice to have a nice shaped brow which opens up
the eyes and shapes the face also (this is key to a polished look).
We move onto the eyes now, and what it looks like is that Louise uses a nice light
brown all over the lid, and a sweep underneath the bottom lashes (such as # 04 Wild
Sable from Estee Lauder or Wedge from MAC). In the crease it looks like a darker
brown/chocolate colour. I created this using MAC Embark, and another alternative
would be Lavish Mink from Estee Lauder.

a MAC eyeshadow called Phloof as this also has a slight pinky tone off it.
Then for Liner depending on how polished you want the look, you can put a liner such
as smolder by MAC in the waterline, and on the top lid really close to the top lashes.
Another alternative for Liquid liner lovers would be to put some of this on the top
using MACS boot black or Rimmels alternative product.
To complete the look use either a shadow on an angled brush to fill in and draw on a nice shape to the brows, or using a brow pencil such as Lingering from MAC to fill them in. A nice shaped brow will clean up the whole look finish it off.
